The information collected when someone uses the contact us form to contact us is only being stored as long as it’s necessary for the user’s support. When the case closes, the information is being deleted.
Story submission
We never ask for any personal or Personally Identifiable Information when you submit a story and you agree that you should not enter any personal information in Stories when you post one by accepting the Terms of Service.
Request Payment
When you request a payment in “My Earnings” page the email we collect is only being stored as long as you’re a register Writer. When you change to a default user or close your account the information is being deleted.

Any user has the right to download all the information we have stored by him. This can be requested at any time at [email protected].
